The Opportunity
As our Production Manager, your mission is to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensure targets are met, and drive team performance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for team management, equipment oversight, and ensuring production schedules are followed closely.
