We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and results-driven Director of Marketing to join our team and strategically lead the way in shaping our brand’s presence and growth. This role is perfect for a marketing expert with a strong background in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing, social media campaigns, and overarching marketing strategy.
Job Overview:
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies with a particular focus on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, social media engagement, and overall brand positioning. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovative marketing campaigns, increase customer engagement and retention, and strengthen our brand’s presence across both digital and legacy platforms. You will oversee a growing team in-house and collaborate cross-functionally with our overseas manufacturer to execute impactful marketing initiatives that align mutually with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- DTC Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive DTC marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Analyze customer insights, trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth within direct-to-consumer channels.
- Oversee the execution of high-ROI digital marketing campaigns, ensuring effective use of media, content, and channels.
- Social Media Campaigns:
- Lead the creation, development, and execution of innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, build community, and promote customer loyalty across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to ensure our campaigns remain fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
- Manage content calendars, creative production, and community management to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and brand awareness.
- Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Own the overarching marketing strategy, aligning it with company goals and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure a unified marketing approach.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs), track marketing performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team capable of executing diverse campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Regularly evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
