Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing team with various administrative and operational tasks. The Marketing Coordinator assists in the implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at promoting Cerakote (legacy) products and services. The role requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, product knowledge and a strong understanding of marketing principles.

  • Essential Job Functions: (Applicant/Employee must have the ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.):
    • Campaign Support:
      • Aid in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, website, social media, email, video and print.
    • Content Creation:
      • Assist in creating and editing content, such as news articles, email campaigns, ad campaigns, brochures, and website assets including new products, product and information updates, new pages, etc., working closely with Training, Video, Social Media, Sales, Design, Web Development.
    • Data Management:
      • Maintain marketing databases, assist in data collection, and perform data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Event Coordination:
      • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with the marketing team’s Design, Video and Social Media, as well as Sales, Web Development, Training and other stakeholders ensuring consistent communication to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
    • Administrative Support:
      • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and preparing marketing reports, keeping stakeholders informed, and other tasks as needed.

  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or two years related experience.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools.
    • Creative thinking with an eye for detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
    • Experience or a passion for the shooting, hunting and outdoor trades.
    • Interest or passion for the automotive industry a plus.
