We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong creative instincts and experience producing both digital and print marketing assets. This role supports multiple brands by creating visually compelling marketing materials used across email campaigns, social media, ecommerce websites, catalogs, advertising, and trade show environments.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working within established brand templates while also bringing bold, creative ideas that capture attention and resonate with our audience. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Design

  • Design high-impact graphics and layouts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Create sell sheets, product sheets, marketing collateral, and advertising layouts that resonate with our customer base.
  • Develop catalog pages and product presentation layouts using existing templates and brand standards.
  • Design graphics and visuals used for trade show booths, event displays, and promotional environments.

Digital Marketing Assets

  • Design digital assets for email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp).
  • Create graphics for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Produce web-ready graphics for use on Shopify and BigCommerce product pages and landing pages (banners, promotional graphics, thumbnails, and imagery).
  • Optimize graphics for digital performance and visual clarity across devices.

Print & Advertising

  • Design print advertisements for traditional publications.
  • Create catalog layouts, product spec sheets, and promotional materials.
  • Prepare files for print production and vendor delivery.

Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Translate marketing concepts into cohesive visual executions across digital, print, and event marketing.
  • Support product launches with visual marketing assets and promotional materials.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all brand materials, including typography, imagery, and layout styles.
  • Adapt existing templates to quickly produce new marketing materials.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to deliver marketing assets on tight timelines.
  • Support dealer and partner marketing initiatives with co-branded materials and promotional graphics.
  • Organize and manage creative assets for efficient collaboration and reuse.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital marketing design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience designing catalogs, sell sheets, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
  • Ability to design assets for social media, email marketing, and web graphics.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working from brand guidelines and design templates.
  • Excellent attention to detail in production-ready files and layout accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Bonus:

  • Experience designing for trade shows, event marketing, or large-format graphics.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce marketing environments.
  • Comfortable with the firearms / 2A / outdoor lifestyle industry.
