Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a proven track record in rifle/suppressor sales, an established book of business, and the ability to effectively manage and inspire our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will drive immediate sales, refine our strategy, and foster sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue by leveraging your industry expertise and book of business to establish and close new business opportunities, ensuring inventory turnover and immediate impact on sales.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, setting clear performance goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales, improve market reach, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our presence in the rifle sales industry, strengthening the brand and building lasting partnerships.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze team performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve sales effectiveness and increase revenue.

- Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in rifle/suppressor sales, with a strong understanding of industry trends and key players.
- Proven Sales Record: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Book of Business: An established network of contacts and relationships that can be leveraged to quickly generate revenue.

- Location Requirement: This role is based in Bryan, Texas. The candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Bryan, TX.
