We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Online Sales Manager with a strong focus on Amazon sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing sales, and managing the performance of our ecommerce channels, with an emphasis on our Amazon storefront. This role is pivotal in shaping our ecommerce strategy, ensuring our Electro-Optics products reach a broader audience and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage all aspects of the Amazon sales channel, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
– Develop and execute an overall ecommerce strategy to drive revenue and achieve sales targets across multiple platforms.
– Optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI and increase product visibility.
– Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
– Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and effective online product positioning.
– Manage customer reviews and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
– Analyze data, generate reports, and present insights on ecommerce performance to senior management.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in Amazon marketplace management with a track record of driving sales growth.
– Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and tools, including Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and related software.
– Expertise in Amazon advertising, SEO, and product listing optimization.
