We’re seeking a passionate driven individual to help bring our marketing vision to life across email, social, web, B2B, influencer, and community channels.

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you’ll be a key driver in executing campaigns, shaping them through data and insights, and ensuring that our brand voice is consistent and compelling. You’ll collaborate with leadership on refining strategy while working alongside our content coordinator, content creator/host, and 3D/CGI artist to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Execution & Content Management

  • Execute digital campaigns across email, social, and web, ensuring alignment with brand vision and leadership direction.
  • Manage content calendars and scheduling for X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Repurpose and distribute content to maximize reach and efficiency.

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Write and refine copy for product pages, website, emails, blogs, newsletters, VO scripts, press releases, and social captions.
  • Create and optimize email campaigns and automated flows, ensuring strong deliverability, engagement, and ROI.
  • Embrace AI as a productivity tool, enhancing your skills and efficiency while avoiding “AI slop.”
  • Ensure all messaging reflects our content pillars and target market personas.

Creative Oversight & Design Assets

  • Design and manage assets for emails, social posts, and basic marketing collateral to ensure campaigns move quickly and stay on-brand.
  • Support larger design needs (catalogs, packaging, sales sheets, etc.) by collaborating with external partners or agencies when needed.
  • Work closely with our in-house photography and videography content creators to build integrated campaigns.

B2B Marketing & Partnerships

  • Coordinate with dealers and distributors for content planning and promotional support to expand dealer sales.
  • Support influencer and affiliate campaigns to grow brand reach.

Community & Engagement

  • Build and nurture authentic connections with our audience by actively engaging across digital channels.
  • Develop community engagement initiatives that strengthen loyalty, spark meaningful conversations, and reinforce our brand voice.
  • Partner with Customer Service when needed to ensure community interactions remain positive, solution-oriented, and brand-aligned.

Strategy, Data & Analytics

  • Contribute to campaign ideation and refinement, guided by our content strategy pillars and customer personas.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics from YouTube, Instagram, GA4, and platform dashboards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaigns and ROI.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (email, graphic design, social, B2B, influencer, community).
  • Comfortable with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) to create day-to-day email and social assets. (Expert-level design skills not required, but ability to quickly produce on-brand visuals is a must.)
  • Demonstrated experience creating and optimizing email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo (or comparable ESP).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and eagerness to use them responsibly to boost productivity.
  • Creative mindset: able to develop entertaining, interesting, and unique content that resonates with our personas and content pillars.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with tactical, outdoor, or enthusiast brands (a plus).
  • A passion for firearms and shooting sports.
